The people who worked at the hotel were very nice and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile whether I was going or coming. The room was about as I expected, maybe a little smaller. It had internet, clean sheets every morning, and the bathroom was fine. The only downside I found was that the walls were very thin and I could often here the people next door and the people in the hallway, which made it almost impossible to go to sleep early or on time if someone decided to have people over. The room also had a funky smell the first day I got there, but went away after that.

Chisun Shin Osaka is a pleasant, no-frills budget business hotel. The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the JR ShinOsaka station, which is a bullet train hub, so super convenient for day trips. The hotel and room is clean, and staff helpful and friendly. Rooms are small but serviceable. The bathroom is tiny, one of those pre-fab combo cubes where the sink tap is also the shower tap, but it's ok for a short trip
