Spaceful rooms, excellent service. Half hour by free shutlle bus from central train station, which runs every 30 min. Sleepy atmosphere of the harbour neighbourhood and the view form the upper floors rooms is a great retreat after time spent in overcrowded and claustrophobic Osaka's city center.
Our flight was diverted to Osaka because of the earthquake. We stayed here for one night. It had been a long day and several hundred people were arriving at this hotel at the last minute, checking in at 22:00! Despite the unexpected guests the staff got us all checked in quickly and without hassle. The dinner and breakfast were good as well. The rooms were very clean, quiet and as large as rooms in the United States. The wifi worked great. I would stay here again.
