Everyone at the hotel was professional; cheerful, helpful, courteous, and respectful. The food and service were excellent. If we go back to the same area, we will definitely stay there again.

I love the Imperial Hotel and treasure every visit. Its location is not the best in terms of location if you want to be near the bustling center of town, but they run a very regular (15 minutes) free shuttle to Osaka Station (Umena) that is as central as you can get. One of the latter is in one of the long covered malls that are fun to just stroll down and take in how the Japanese in the city shop. The hotel itself is a classic example of elegant design. it doesn't look like it from the outside but inside it is quite sumptuous
