Hotel has more and less spacious rooms for the same price. The reception was very attendent and saw no problem in shifting us from a small to a bigger room. But you shoulkd ask for it. Location is good. Breakfast is very well taken care of. Somethings to improve on: (1)There are no maps of Osaka available for guests at the reception.

I think with the price overall it was worth it. It's just hard because all the receptionist did not speak english. Rooms are small, but I think that's usually an average size rooms in Japan.Breakfast buffet was good and good thing Expedia staff helped us with our little problem prior to checking in. It's just after a long flight, the receptionist at the hotel keep on insisting that it was a reservation only for one person. I don't know if that's Expedia or the hotel's fault.
