The advantage of this hotel is that it's at a train station (not JR) - convenient, but JR Shin-Osaka would be better. This was our first trip to Japan, and just one of many stops. We stayed 4 nights (parent and teenager). We'd choose another hotel next time. Staff is not welcoming, and the hotel feels cold and impersonal (unusual, for our experience of Japan). Our room was clean but a bit worn. It was fine in size and beds were comfortable

Staying in this hotel was the perfect conclusion to an amazing journey across japan. Situated right by the subway station, I came off the train and was literally about 50 yards from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and japanese oddity within walking distance. The room was THE most comfortable hotel room i've stayed in while overseas and the lounge/bar was supremely classy
