Great service. Good convenient location - very near Metro station and Airport Limousine Service. There are a couple of big malls within walking distance via the underground tunnels that link the metro stations. Tunnels take you right below the hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable with nice toilets. Only minus point is that you need to pay for internet usage. If you don't have a laptop, you will need to arrrange for one (for a fee). There wasn't any common area with PCs for internet access, at least not that we were aware of. This is the only hassle.

Here western elegance meets eastern hospitality and perfection. Rooms are large and start at the 25th floor, so they are quiet and generally have great views. Bathrooms are also large and have all amenities. Service is perfect (what else would you expect in Japan), beds great, airco whisperquiet. Gym is well-equiped and modern.The location is very good, close as it is to the very efficient and cheap bus tot Kansai Airport. In short the perfect place to stay in Osaka.
