We are travelling in Japan since 8 years now and we have visited many places, hotels, ryokans, but the St Regis Osaka is the favourite one. We went there three times already since the opening and although in October you could tell that it was brand new and just opened, the efforts of the staff and the management are impressive. Second time last december and third time last week we had the impression the hotel runs since years. We decided to post on Trip Advisor because we had such a good impression and the staff have been fantastic with dedication and hard work
St Regis Osaka is the best hotel experience I ever had. Rooms, ambients, decor, cleanliness, staff, my unforgettable Christmas in Japan.
The Butler was so helpful and full of attentions that I was so impressed on how the people can be so polite and professional. The hotel was full and you could tell especially in the morning during breakfast but the staff at the restaurant was so kind and smily that was a pleasure waiting for our seat. We had dinner at the French Restaurant on the ground floor and it was delicious, just the perfect athmosphere and a such high quality of food. The Chef came to greet and to tell us some secrets of his preparations, wonderful.
